I've owned about 3 different bags from Crumpler and have loved them. I pondered about getting this bag, but after realizing I don't travel enough, I can't justify it. It will be the first on my list if I ever do though.

The official description says that it fits laptops up to 15".

My 15" PowerBook fit into the laptop sleeve edge-to-edge, so I don't think a 17" laptop would fit. There is no other compartment in the bag large enough to fit a laptop.

Any thoughts on whether the bag would hold a 17" MacBook Pro comfortably?

Thanks a lot for this review. Two days ago I was comparing some bags and came home without a choice. I was doubting Crumpler (a red one!). Mmmmm, I think you convinced me. :-)
