		<description>Yes I&#039;ve been using Word for years and only recently sussed this out! It&#039;s called Overtype in Word, and you can tell if it&#039;s switched on if the &#039;OVR&#039; text is highlighted on the bottom toolbar. Bad typists who have to use the Backspace button a lot like me are always hitting &#039;Insert&#039; as it&#039;s right next to it.</description>
