TwitterFeed is a service that will take a blog’s feed and automatically publish the updates to one’s Twitter account. All you need to do is sign in to TwitterFeed (you must use an Open ID) and give the service the URL to your feed. TwitterFeed will then keep tabs on your blog, and push the updates to Twitter for you.
