Piracy Prevention: Your iTunes Account Info is Attached to Each Track

As a reminder that a DRM-free iTunes isn’t a license to pirate music, Slashdot reiterates an old story about your account info being hidden in the meta data of DRM-free music. If you upload a DRM-free iTunes song to a file sharing network, your e-mail address goes with it.
