iTunes Photo Watch is Windows software that will monitor pre-selected folders for iTunes-compatible multimedia files and add them to your iTunes library.

iTunes Folder Watch is quite configurable with regards to when and how media is added to your iTunes Library. The program can run in your taskbar as a background process, or you can choose to open it up as a regular desktop application. Each new file it discovers is checked against your existing media to prevent duplicates, and you are given the option to add them selectively or allow iTFW to do its work completely automatically.

The full version iTunes Folder Watch costs €7.50 (about US $9.50). A free trial version is available and will add an unlimited number of files to your iTunes library, but some advanced features are disabled.
