Yahoo Messenger Gets a Facelift, Vista Style

yahoo-messenger.pngJanuary 2007 marks the arrival of Windows Vista on store shelves and new PCs, and Microsoft’s new OS brings a new level of eye candy to your desktop. In line with the freshly redesigned Windows user interface, Yahoo! will be giving their instant messenger software a facelift. CNET has some screenshots of what the new Yahoo! Instant Messenger software looks like. Features of the software include:

  • Improved graphical interface.
  • Voice calls.
  • Subgroups for things like Fantasy Football.
  • Multiple conversations in one window, organize under tabs.
