Find Home Values, Comments, and Photos with Zillow

Monday, April 23, 2007

Zillow logoZillow makes an amazing use of real estate data, and delivers it absolutely free to you in the process. Zillow incorporates elements of web 2.0 into it’s display of real estate pricing — namely user feedback.

Each of the 70 million+ U.S. homes in the Zillow database is accompanied by a price estimate, satellite photographs, and a graph of it’s price estimates over time. Each home has it’s own dedicated page on the site, which allows for visitors to post comments, ask questions, and upload photos. Even Zillow’s satellite photos are quite recent, sometimes taken on the same day you’re looking at them.

So what’s your home worth? What’s the price of your landlord’s property? How about an estimate at the value of your neighbor’s place? Find out with Zillow.
