I deleted a bunch of messages from Microsoft Outlook but instead of disappearing, they’re still in my inbox. The only change is that the deleted messages have a red “x” and a strike through them. How do I get rid of my deleted messages completely?
To remove deleted messages from your e-mail box, you need to purge them. Click on Edit, then click Purge Deleted Messages.
