You can submit the page you’re currently viewing to any of those social media sites by clicking on their icons, which are displayed in the browser’s status bar.

Despite the fact that their site features ridiculous copy such as “We Don’t Market Web Sites, We Blow Them Up!”, this Firefox extension seems like a nice tool for anyone who frequently participates in the aforementioned social media sites.
