Usually the way you let a company know they need to change their method of doing business is to hit them in the wallet - just as you&#039;re doing - but it seems like Palm&#039;s plummeting charts haven&#039;t dropped low enough to hit their executives in the head yet. For their sake, I hope they get the picture sooner rather than later.</description>

		<description>90 days? They dont want to talk to you after 14 days. I bought my son a Palm and its screen cracked while he was entering homework assignments at school. I called Palm, they told me to take it back to the store I purchased it from; the store said it&#039;s defective and it should go back to Palm. I told Palm what the store told me, and they said, in so many words, oh well you&#039;re out of luck. I&#039;m not happy and I&#039;m getting the local consumer watchdog agency involved. Meantime, when the contarct expires next month, I&#039;m going to have my employees switch their Treos to BlackBerrys, and let my vendor know why.</description>
